Televizo functions as a video player app that does not provide any preloaded video content upon installation. Instead, users must add their own playlists, consisting of videos or channels, in order to access and view the desired content. As a user, you are solely responsible for the content of the playlists you incorporate and agree to take the following precautions:

All content associated with the Service, including but not limited to the App, website, graphics, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Andrey Menscikov or its licensors and is safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The App is available for free, but users can purchase a Premium version to unlock additional features, such as Parental Control. You acknowledge and agree that all in-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform or marketplace from which you download the App, and we are not responsible for any issues or disputes related to these purchases.
The free version of the App contains Ads. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of the advertisements displayed within the App, and your interactions with such advertisements are at your own risk.
The App is available for download and installation through the Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, and as an APK file on our website. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any issues or risks associated with downloading, installing, or using the App through the Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the respective platform or marketplace from which you download the App.
You may create a Televizo account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You cannot use your account on devices that do not belong to you.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Televizo account at any time. To do so, please contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
